Wild Blue Yonder Enterprises Limited was born out of frustration at the lack of aftermarket quality service and ongoing training available to home computer owners. Once out of warranty it seemed some computer retailers were simply not interested or competent in offering follow-up service. Many home computer owners experienced great difficulty in finding service personnel who appreciated how important their computer or laptop was to them and their families or who could be bothered explaining some of the intricacies of maintaining their computer in top working order.

I experienced this too and became determined to redress this situation by providing a competent, qualified and caring technical service.
